Supervise VIP guest handling and ensure exceptional service standards
Lead and coordinate cable car station service teams
Liaise with Security, Front Office, and Transport teams for smooth operations
Manage service recovery and resolve VIP guest concerns promptly
Maintain service quality, safety, and operational excellence

Yêu cầu công việc

High school diploma or equivalent
Previous customer service experience required; supervisory experience preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Professional demeanor with a polished and well-groomed appearance
