Receive reservations via phone, email, or online systems, ensuring accuracy and timely confirmations.
Answer inquiries, provide information about rates, availability, and services to guest.
Handle payments, including credit card transactions, and manage cancellations, modifications, and refunds.
Maintain detailed records of guest information, preferences, and reservation history in reservation systems.
Communicate with other departments such as housekeeping, front desk, or management to ensure smooth guest experiences.
Offer special deals, packages, or upgrades to enhance bookings and revenue.
Address booking issues or special requests tactful and professional.

Yêu cầu công việc

Degree in Hospitality or similar major
Experience in reservation or front office of Hotel
Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skill
Proficiency with reservation systems, databases, and computer applications.
Ability to multitask, manage multiple reservations, and maintain accurate records.
Attention to details and accuracy
Communication and technical English
