Boutique Salesperson

Supervisor: Store Manager

Additionally authorised to issue instructions: General Manager

Objective of the position:

• To provide expert advice tailored to the needs of the guest with the aim of interesting the guest in the available range of goods and selling them

Scope of duties and responsibilities:

• Conducting sales talks, providing expert and type-appropriate advice based on the manual and the specified standards

• Planning and implementation of sales promotion measures in coordination with the Store Manager

• Weekly redesign of shop window and salesroom decorations

• Recording the daily turnover, carrying out the checkout process

• Checking incoming goods, labelling goods in cooperation with the Store Manager

• Planning, organising and carrying out fashion shows in collaboration with the department management and the team

• Carrying out a monthly inventory together with the Store Manager

• Ensuring the professional and careful handling of furnishings as well as cleanliness and order in sales and storage areas

• Performing representative duties in the ‘Fashion’ department, including outside of boutique opening hours

• Maintaining contact with guests outside the boutique in line with the ROBINSON support concept

• Integration into the overall team through cooperation and collaboration with other departments

• Carrying out the ROBINlife host tasks, e.g.:

- Participation in the arrival and departure service for guests

- Organising cooking activities

- Involvement in the evening show and evening programme

- Experience in hospitality or retail is an advantage
- Customer-focused with strong communication skills
- Good English (additional languages are a plus)
- Energetic, proactive, and a team player
- Physically fit and comfortable with an active role
