Mô tả công việc

- Implement integrated marketing campaigns (offline & online) to promote residential and commercial projects.

- Support making marketing collaterals including brochures, flyers, digital content, sales kits, videos, and project presentations.

- Coordinate with creative, PR, media, and event agencies to ensure effective and timely campaign execution.

- Support project launches, customer events, and other brand-building activities.

- Drive digital marketing efforts including social media, website management, SEO/SEM, and performance campaigns.

Yêu cầu công việc

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related fields.

- At least 2-3 years of marketing experience, preferably in the real estate, property development, or hospitality industry.

- Strong knowledge of digital marketing, brand management, and event organisation.

- Excellent communication skills in English and Vietnamese (both written and spoken).

- Creative mindset with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

- Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with design tools (e.g., Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator) is a plus.

- Strong analytical skills with experience using marketing analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, etc.).

- Experience working across teams/functions and able to work independently with impeccable results
