In-Villa Dining Waiter/ Waitress

•  Have a good knowledge of food menu and the beverage list/ wine list.
• Organize station and seating fairly and efficiently and hand over carefully to colleague as being on break.
• Answer telephone as per standards.
• Take In Villa Dining order and pre-order following promptly procedure and standard. Ability to recommend and upsell food and beverage items according to guest’s preferences.
• Serve dining requests and deliver them accordingly within appropriate times as per standard.
• Ensure guest’s billing to be correct to room charges and complied with standard
• Clear and pick up In Villa Dining equipment as guest finish dining or guest requests after meal as standard.
• Adhere to the LQA standards of the company ensuring guest satisfaction
• Recommend and upsell daily special, ensure there is no waste.
• Handle flexibly and effectively unexpected situation during operation and keep supervisor being updated, contact superior if any problem which cannot handle by yourself.
• Follow the leadership of the captain or supervisor on shift.
• Support other outlets together from By The Beach/ Elephant Bar/ By The Market in case urgent and necessary.
• Ensure all mis-en-place are well-prepared if have special functions or events.

• Full high school education completion of his or her chosen academics.
• One year or more of experience in food and beverage service. Hospitality experience is essential.
• Knowledge of restaurant and bar procedures, set up and service.
• Any courses relating to further knowledge of restaurant service are a plus.
• Very good command over written and spoken English.
• Excellent communicator with the ability to multitask.
