F&B Teamlead

• Support the F&B Supervisor in daily restaurant and bar operations
• Lead and assist team members during shifts to ensure smooth service
• Ensure service standards and guest satisfaction are consistently met
• Take orders, serve food & beverages, and engage with guests professionally
• Handle guest requests and resolve minor complaints promptly
• Coordinate with kitchen and other departments for efficient operations
• Monitor cleanliness, hygiene, and proper setup of the outlet
• Assist in training new staff and maintaining team performance

• Diploma in Hospitality, F&B, or related field preferred
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in F&B service, preferably in hotels/resorts
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Basic leadership and problem-solving abilities
• Good command of spoken English
• Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
