Mô tả công việc

  • To conduct daily short briefing with associates.
  • Directly assign Supervisors and Subordinates to daily according to occupancy, or particular job due to any funtion.
  • Arranging working schedule for staff and presenting to Housekeeping Manager.
  • Ensure that Guests receive prompt and courteous Housekeeping service, especially VIP guests are provided special attention.
  • Approach duties with an open mind, positive attitude and enthusiasm, thereby setting an example for others to emulate.
  • Assist Housekeeping Manager in personnel matters such as interview, appraisal and counseling, identify training needs, prepare training plan and conduct training sessions.
  • Ensure insufficient stock of cleaning materials, equipment and guest supplies, and that they are utilized economically and efficiently.
  • Patrol and inspect all housekeeping areas: Apartments and particularly VIP apartements areas.
  • Check & report in time any lost or breakage in apartments & in HK department to department head.
  • Check all issued out keys are are returned to office at the end of the shift.
  • Assist to monitor and control the implementation of Housekeeping SOPs including lost and found, security and emergency procedures.
  • Control the usage of materials and amenities and prepare the requisition order to for replacement.
  • To investigate and submit report on guest complaints, bad feedback and propose solution for correction & improvement.
  • Perform any other duties and special tasks assigned by Department Head.

Yêu cầu công việc

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position, priority given to working in 4-5 stars hotels or Serviced apartments.
  • Possess a Bachelor’s Degree or Advanced Diploma in Hotel Management or a related field.
  • Fair oral and written communication skills good at Office software are required.
  • Effectively leading and motivating housekeeping staff, and communicating clearly with others.
  • Managing multiple tasks, prioritizing effectively, and maintaining a well-organized work environment.
  • Good organizational and time management skills, and ability to train and lead others and to resolve conflict.
  • Attention to Detail: maintaining high standards of cleanliness and presentation in all areas.
  • Knowledge in the Hospitality Industry./ Có kiến thức về Ngành Du lịch và Dịch vụ.
  • Knowledge of cleaning equipments and proper chemical handling
  • Honest, diligent, hard-working. Willings to work hard and strive to achieve the overall goals of the department and the hotel.
  • Available to work any shift (days, weekends, holidays) needs to be flexible with schedule
