Position: Sales Executive (OTA, Corp & TA Hotel Experience)

Company: Du Hi Viet Travel Company

Department: Sales & Business Development

Location: Vietnam

Reports to: Sales Manager / Director

1. Job Summary

The Sales Executive is responsible for managing and growing our inventory and sales through B2B, B2C channels and other distribution platforms. The role focuses on building hotel, airlines, corporate & Government partnerships, optimizing our online listings, and driving revenue growth through digital sales channels.

2. Key Responsibilities

A. Hotels, Airlines, Corporate & Government Partnership Development

  • Identify, approach, and onboard new partners across Vietnam
  • Negotiate contracts, rates, and allotments with partners
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing partners
  • Handle contract renewals and performance reviews

B. Channel Management

  • Manage partners listings on our platforms
  • Update partners content, pricing, promotions, and availability
  • Ensure rates parity and competitiveness across all platforms & channels
  • Monitor booking performance, conversion rates, and ranking

C. Sales & Revenue Growth

  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Develop strategies to increase bookings via platforms & other channels
  • Analyze market trends, competitors, and pricing strategies
  • Optimize promotions, campaigns, and visibility of partners on our platforms

D. Account Management & Support

  • Act as the main contact between company and partners
  • Provide support and consultation to partners to improve performance
  • Resolve issues related to promotions, ads, bookings, pricing, or customer complaints
  • Coordinate with internal teams (operations, customer service)

E. Reporting & Analysis

  • Prepare weekly/monthly sales reports and performance analysis
  • Track KPIs such as occupancy, ADR, and revenue contribution, ads etc.
  • Provide recommendations to improve ads & sales performance

Yêu cầu công việc

3. Requirements

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Tourism, Hospitality, Business, or related field
  • Minimum 1–3 years’ experience in hotel sales / OTA / travel industry
  • Experience working with OTA platforms or hotel systems is preferred

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills
  • Good understanding of OTA and other travel platforms and online distribution
  • Analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and trends
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to work independently and meet targets

Language

  • Good command of English (additional languages are a plus)

  • Number of partners onboard
  • Sales revenue & Ads Revenue
  • Conversion rate and listing performance
  • Partner satisfaction & retention
  • Growth in channel contribution
