Position: Travel Agent (TA) Sales Executive

Company: Du Hi Viet Travel Company

Department: Sales & Business Development

Location: Vietnam

Reports to: Sales Manager / Director

1. Job Summary

The Travel Agent (TA) Sales Executive is responsible for developing and managing relationships with hotels, travel agents, tour operators, and other B2B partners. The role focuses on promoting the company’s travel products & services (tours, hotel packages, transportation, and experiences, etc), increasing partner sales, and expanding the company’s distribution network.

2. Key Responsibilities

A. Travel Agent Partnership Development

  • Identify, approach, and onboard new B2B partners (local & international)
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing partners
  • Negotiate contracts, ads, promotions, commission structures, and pricing agreements
  • Conduct regular partner visits, meetings, and presentations

B. Sales & Business Growth

  • Promote company travel products & services (tour packages, hotels, transfers, experiences, etc.)
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets (revenue, bookings, ads, partner growth)
  • Develop customized travel & ads packages for partners based on market demand
  • Upsell and cross-sell additional services to partners

C. Product & Market Management

  • Coordinate with product team to develop competitive service packages
  • Monitor market trends, competitors, and customer preferences
  • Suggest new products & services and pricing strategies
  • Ensure product information is accurate and up to date

D. Account Management & Support

  • Act as the main contact for our partners
  • Provide training and guidance on company products & services and systems
  • Handle inquiries, bookings, and operational issues
  • Resolve complaints and ensure partner satisfaction

E. Marketing & Promotion

  • Collaboration with marketing team on campaigns targeting partners
  • Organize promotion & events, workshops, and familiarization (FAM) trips
  • Represent the company at travel fairs, exhibitions, and networking events
  • Support digital promotion through B2B platforms and channels

F. Reporting & Analysis

  • Prepare weekly/monthly sales and performance reports
  • Track KPIs such as ads performance, booking volume, revenue, and partner activity
  • Analyze sales data and recommend improvements

  • Knowledge of destination management and itinerary planning

3. Requirements

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Tourism, Hospitality, Business, or related field
  • Minimum 1–3 years’ experience in hotels, travel agency, tour operator, or B2B sales
  • Strong knowledge of travel industry and destinations (Vietnam preferred)

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong sales, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets
  • Good organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

Language

  • Good command of English (additional languages are a plus)

4. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

  • Number of active travel partners
  • Sales revenue & ads booking volume from TA channel
  • Partner retention and satisfaction rate
  • Growth of B2B network
  • Contribution to overall company revenue
