Job Summary
The People & Culture Supervisor plays a pivotal role in supporting the daily operations of the HR department. This position balances two critical pillars: Talent Acquisition (Recruitment) and Total Rewards (Compensation & Benefits). You will ensure that the resort attracts top-tier talent while maintaining rigorous compliance with labor laws and internal payroll standards to drive employee satisfaction and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
1. Talent Acquisition & Onboarding
Sourcing: Execute end-to-end recruitment processes for line-level and supervisory positions across all resort departments (FO, F&B, HK, Engineering, etc.).
Employer Branding: Assist in organizing job fairs, university partnerships, and maintaining the resort’s professional image on social media and recruitment platforms.
Screening: Conduct initial interviews and coordinate department-head interviews.
Onboarding: Lead the "Welcome to Radisson" induction for new hires, ensuring all paperwork, uniforms, and housing (if applicable) are ready for a seamless start.
2. Compensation & Benefits (C&B)
Payroll Administration: Assist in the monthly payroll cycle by verifying time-attendance data, overtime claims, and leave management.
Insurance & Taxes: Manage Social Insurance (SI), Health Insurance (HI), and Unemployment Insurance (UI) records. Handle Personal Income Tax (PIT) declarations and tax code registrations.
Benefits Management: Coordinate employee welfare programs.
Reporting: Prepare monthly HR reports regarding turnover rates, labor costs, and headcount.

Yêu cầu công việc
Education: Degree in Hospitality Management or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of progressive human resources management experience
Prior work experience in a union environment including negotiation and local and regional rules
Able to collaborate effectively with other hotel employees and managers to ensure teamwork
Able to resolve conflicts with supervisors and employees
Languages: Fluency in English (spoken and written).
Competencies: Ability to multi-task and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
A proactive "Yes I Can!" attitude toward guest service.
