Mô tả công việc

Sourcing & Selection: Search for, evaluate, and select suppliers that meet requirements for pricing, product/service quality, and delivery lead times.

Supplier Analysis: Compare quotations, capabilities, and reputation of suppliers to ensure purchasing efficiency.

Order Processing: Receive purchase requests from relevant departments; create Purchase Orders (POs) and track delivery schedules.

Negotiation: Negotiate prices, payment terms, discounts, and other conditions within sales contracts.

Order Supervision: Monitor the order fulfillment process; review contracts; handle issues such as late delivery, incorrect quantities, or poor quality; verify the legality of safety and quality certificates and manage certificate archives.

Internal Coordination: Coordinate with the Warehouse and Accounting departments for goods receipt and payment requests.

Reconciliation: Inspect and reconcile goods, equipment, invoices, purchasing documents, and warranty/storage records against contracts/POs.

Warranty Management: Contact suppliers for warranty services when equipment is damaged.

Cost & Inventory Management: Manage purchasing costs to ensure items meet actual needs, minimize excess inventory, and optimize expenses.

Contract Tracking: Prepare reports to track supplier contracts and payment progress.

Reporting & Archiving: Prepare periodic purchasing reports and archive records, contracts, and quotations according to company regulations.

Personality: Meticulous, honest, and highly responsible.

Skills: Strong analytical and evaluation skills.

Language: Good English communication skills.

Experience: 2–3 years of experience, preferably in the F&B industry.
