- Lead and supervise the kitchen team, ensuring smooth daily operations.
- Prepare and present Vietnamese dishes with authenticity, consistency, and high quality.
- Develop and enhance menus featuring regional Vietnamese specialties and seasonal ingredients.
- Ensure proper preparation techniques, flavors, and presentation aligned with Vietnamese culinary standards.
- Monitor food quality during service and adjust as needed to maintain standards.
- Manage inventory, control food costs, and minimize waste.
- Train and mentor team members on Vietnamese cooking techniques and kitchen standards.
- Ensure full compliance with food safety, hygiene, and sanitation requirements.
- Coordinate with front-of-house teams to accommodate guest preferences and dietary needs.
- Maintain kitchen organization, cleanliness, and efficient workflow.
- Support scheduling and performance monitoring of kitchen staff.

Yêu cầu công việc
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Sous Chef, Chef de Partie, or equivalent senior kitchen role, preferably in Vietnamese cuisine.
- Strong knowledge of Vietnamese culinary traditions, regional specialties, and local ingredients.
- Experience in menu planning with a focus on authentic Vietnamese dishes and modern presentation.
- Proven understanding of food safety, hygiene, and kitchen sanitation standards.
- Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to train and develop staff.
- Experience in inventory management, food costing, and waste control.
- Good organizational and time management skills, especially during high-volume service.
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with other departments.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to operational needs.
