Mô tả công việc

  • Oversee daily kitchen operations for In-Room Dining and Mini Bar, ensuring smooth and efficient service.
  • Prepare and deliver high-quality dishes for IRD orders, maintaining consistency and presentation standards.
  • Ensure all IRD orders are prepared and dispatched on time according to service standards.
  • Develop and update IRD menus, considering guest preferences, trends, and operational efficiency.
  • Manage mini bar food items, including preparation, stock control, and quality checks.
  • Monitor inventory, control food costs, and minimize waste.
  • Train and supervise team members on IRD service standards, food preparation, and hygiene practices.
  • Ensure full compliance with food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards at all times.
  • Coordinate closely with Front Office and Service teams to ensure seamless guest experience.
  • Maintain cleanliness, organization, and proper storage within the kitchen and mini bar areas.
  • Monitor guest feedback and continuously improve service quality.

Yêu cầu công việc

  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a Sous Chef, Chef de Partie, or similar role, preferably in IRD, all-day dining, or hotel operations.
  • Strong knowledge of Vietnamese and international cuisine, with the ability to adapt dishes for in-room dining service.
  • Solid understanding of food safety, hygiene, and HACCP standards.
  • Experience in inventory management, food costing, and stock control, especially for mini bar operations.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to train and motivate staff.
  • Good organizational and time management skills, ensuring timely delivery of orders.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to coordinate with Front Office and Service teams.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage high-volume orders efficiently.
