- Oversee daily operations of All Day Dining restaurant, buffet service, and assigned F&B outlets (e.g. In-Room Dining, Lobby Lounge, Pool/Beach outlets)
- Ensure smooth, efficient service delivery and maintain high standards of guest experience across all outlets
- Monitor buffet setup, food quality, replenishment, and presentation to meet brand standards
- Maintain strict compliance with hygiene, food safety (HACCP), and sanitation standards
- Drive revenue through effective upselling, promotions, and operational strategies
- Collaborate with Culinary team on menu planning, buffet concepts, and pricing strategies
- Analyze sales performance, guest feedback, and market trends to optimize business results
- Control operational costs including food cost, beverage cost, labor, and minimize waste
- Lead, train, and develop teams to ensure service excellence and consistent performance
- Manage manpower planning, scheduling, and productivity based on occupancy and business levels
- Handle guest complaints and ensure prompt and professional resolution
- Conduct regular quality checks across all outlets to ensure consistency and compliance
- Prepare reports, forecasts, and action plans to meet financial and operational targets
- Ensure compliance with company policies, ISO standards, and health & safety regulations

Yêu cầu công việc
- Degree or Diploma in Hospitality Management or related field
- Minimum 4–6 years of experience in Food & Beverage operations, including at least 2–3 years in a managerial role overseeing All Day Dining or multiple outlets in a 4–5 star hotel/resort
- Strong knowledge of buffet operations, high-volume service, and multi-outlet management
- Proven leadership and team management skills
- Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting and cost control
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Detail-oriented with strong operational and organizational skills
- Good understanding of HACCP and food safety standards
- Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage
