Responsible for driving corporate sales revenue across a cluster of hotels by developing and maintaining relationships with corporate clients, maximizing room and event sales, and executing strategic sales plans aligned with business objectives.

Yêu cầu công việc
- Develop and execute corporate sales strategies across all hotels within the cluster
- Identify, prospect, and acquire new corporate accounts (local & international)
- Maintain and grow relationships with key corporate clients to ensure repeat and long-term business
- Negotiate contracts, preferred rates, and agreements aligned with revenue goals
- Conduct regular client meetings, sales calls, and property site inspections
- Collaborate closely with Revenue, Marketing, and Operations teams to optimize performance
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and corporate travel patterns
- Maximize room nights, meeting space, and event revenue from the corporate segment
- Ensure brand positioning and service standards are consistently communicated to clients
- Represent the hotels at networking events, trade shows, and industry functions
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis for management review
Yêu cầu hồ sơ
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in hotel sales, preferably in corporate segment
- Strong network of corporate clients is a plus
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
- Ability to manage multiple properties and work under pressure
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
- Proficiency in English
