Plays a key role in shaping that experience by ensuring a seamless, personalized, and efficient booking process. This position is responsible for overseeing all reservation activities, optimizing room inventory, and maximizing revenue opportunities while maintaining exceptional service standards.

Yêu cầu công việc

Oversee daily operations of the Reservations department
Manage room inventory, availability, and booking channels (direct, OTA, agents)
Ensure accuracy of all reservations, rates, and guest information in the system
Maximize revenue through effective upselling and cross-selling strategies
Monitor booking pace, trends, and pick-up reports
Coordinate closely with Revenue, Sales, and Front Office teams
Handle VIP bookings, special requests, and guest complaints professionally
Ensure timely response to all reservation inquiries (email, phone, OTA)
Train, supervise, and develop the Reservations team
Maintain rate parity and ensure correct loading across all distribution

Yêu cầu hồ sơ

Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, or related field
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Reservations or Front Office, with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory role
Strong understanding of hotel booking systems (PMS, CRS, Channel Manager)
Good knowledge of OTA platforms such as Booking.com and Agoda
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Strong leadership and team management abilities
High attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks
Proficiency in English
