Revenue Analyst

• Support the hotel’s revenue management strategy through data analysis and performance monitoring.
• Analyze business trends and provide insights to optimize revenue across all segments.
• Assist in pricing strategies, forecasting, and demand planning.
• Collaborate closely with Revenue, Sales, Marketing, and Reservations teams to drive commercial performance.
• Ensure accuracy and integrity of data across revenue systems and reporting tools.
• Prepare regular reports and provide analytical support to the Management and Executive Committee.
• Identify revenue opportunities and recommend actionable strategies to maximize profitability and market share.
• Maintain a high level of professionalism while contributing to a collaborative and results-driven environment.

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Finance, Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in Revenue Management, Reservations, or Data Analysis within the hospitality industry.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
• Good understanding of revenue management concepts (ADR, RevPAR, forecasting, pricing strategies).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis tools; experience with PMS, RMS, and distribution systems is an advantage.
• Familiarity with market intelligence tools (STR, OTA platforms, etc.) is preferred.
• Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy and organizational skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across departments.
• Professional demeanor with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
• Good command of English (both written and spoken).
