1. To arrive at work on time in the uniform provided, ensuring a neat and tidy appearance, according to the employee handbook.
2. Meets and greets all VIP guests at Executive Lounge, assists with registration, and escorts them to their rooms.
3. Ensure that all daily VIP rooms, special guest rooms for arrivals, are blocked in advance and welcome amenities are appropriately ordered
4. Keeps information material updated.
5. Have an accurate knowledge of hotels and the tourist area.
6. To keep himself/herself updated on special events and promotions inside and outside of the hotel.
7. Ensure that all guests' messages, mail, faxes and parcels are handled and distributed promptly.
8. Update all information on restaurants, hotel facilities, emergency telephone numbers and other miscellaneous periodically.
9. Verifies arrival and departure details and arranges luggage handling and transportation and other services requested by guests.
10. Ensure that all guest requests, requirements and complaints are attended to promptly and correctly.
11. Prepares welcome cards, letters and keys for arrival FIT guests.
12. Work closely with Housekeeping and Engineering Department to ensure that rooms are blocked accordingly for maintenance
13. Ensure strict control of room keys for guests and other departments.
14. Maximize room sales and revenues for the hotel.
15. Stock checking and place order when necessary to ensure smooth operation at Executive Lounge
16. Adhere to company credit policies to ensure all revenue expected will be received.
17. To ensure that the Executive Lounge areas are clean, tidy and well stocked with updated reading materials
18. Provide food and beverage service in the Executive Lounge including breakfast, evening cocktail and all-day refreshments.
19. Ensure the highest level of health and hygiene is observed throughout the Executive Lounge and pantries at all times following HACCP/ISO.
20. Perform any other duties which may be assigned by the management from time to time.

Yêu cầu công việc
- Diploma in Hotel Management or related field.
- 1-2 years of working experience in the same position at Hotels/ Resorts.
- Good inter-personality skill and outgoing, friendly.
- Strong in English communication skills.
- Strong in problem-solving skills, and execution of work.
