Mô tả công việc

To advise food handlers on the proper food handling practices and ensure their observance
To conduct daily checks on the personal, environmental and food hygiene conditions of the food establishment and keep records on the findings
To act as a focal point of contact with the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department (Note: for food establishments not required to appoint a Hygiene Manager)
• Responsible for the office/section area being clean and orderly with an organized and efficient workflow.
• Performs special assignments and projects assigned to the office by the superiors.
• Is a part of the Hotel's Sanitation Team, which conducts monthly sanitation inspections throughout all food handling area
• Continually liaises with external agencies (laboratory, government bureau, health practitioners, etc.) on sanitary matters up to Accor standard
• Propose and maintain minimum standards in all work areas, stores, receiving and disposal areas to adhere at all times to required hygiene standards.
• Responsible for effective and efficient maintenance of records related to the Hotel's sanitation and hygiene efforts/program.

Yêu cầu công việc

Certificate or diploma in hospitality or related field
6 - 12 months in a food service position, similar operations style
Retail or customer interaction experience
Food and /or beverage knowledge (personal interest/ professional)
Good personal grooming and personal presentation.
Understands and respects local culture, able to adapt to changing environment.
Able to develop close communications and relationships with team members.
Good computer skills.
