1. SCOPE OF WORKS

Engage and manage marketing events which consist of media relations, advertising and promotion, social media platform.

Able to create, develop and expand dynamic content of social media platforms, as Instagram, Facebook

Organize, develop and implement effective marketing communication campaigns.

Take full responsibility for design collaterals for marketing communications activities, in-room, F and B service etc, which to follow the brand's standards.

Accomplish projects from initial concept to final execution

2. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Prepares work to be accomplished by gathering information and materials.

Obtains approval of concept by submitting rough layout for approval.

Prepares finished copy and art by operating typesetting, printing, and similar equipment; purchasing from vendors.

Prepares final layout by marking and pasting up finished copy and art.

Ensures operation of equipment by implementing preventive maintenance requirement; following manufacturer's instructions; troubleshooting malfunctions; calling for repairs; maintaining equipment inventories; evaluate new equipment.

Completes projects by coordinating with outside agencies; art services, printers, etc.

Maintains technical knowledge by attending design workshops; review professional publications; participate in professional societies.

Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Others base on actual working requirements in terms of Marketing and Communication needs.

EXPERIENCE

Bachelor Diploma or Degree in Digital Marketing, Business or its equivalent.

Knowledge in Graphic Design or Multimedia or a related discipline with minimum 2 years of relevant working experience.

Proficient in social media and IT skills

Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, illustrator and Lightroom.

Good organizational and communication skills.

Proficient in Microsoft office software.

Positive attitude to work, meticulous and attentive to detail.

Highly creative, technically inclined and unafraid to propose breakthrough ideas and follow through.

Good team player that has the company's goal in mind and constantly works toward it.

OTHER SKILL REQUIREMENTS

Teamwork and Independence.

Problem solving, reasoning, motivation, organization.

Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office, Design software.

English fluency

Ability to work in high pressure environment.
