Mô tả công việc
- Supervise daily restaurant floor operations to ensure smooth and efficient service flow.
- Conduct pre-shift briefings to communicate daily specials, promotions, VIP guests, and
- service updates.
- Ensure all service standards, grooming standards, and SOPs are strictly followed.
- Welcome and assist guests, ensuring a positive and memorable dining experience.
- Handle guest feedback, complaints, and special requests promptly and professionally.
- Coordinate closely with the kitchen and bar to ensure accurate and timely food and beverage
- service.
- Monitor table setup, cleanliness, and overall outlet presentation.
- Support upselling initiatives and promote menu knowledge within the team.
- Assist in staff training, coaching, and performance monitoring.
- Ensure accurate use of POS systems and proper billing procedures.
- Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards (HACCP).
- Monitor operating equipment and report maintenance issues when necessary.
- Assist in scheduling and roster planning when assigned.
- Lead by example by providing hands-on service during peak periods.
- Other Tasks assign by Superior / Managers.

Yêu cầu công việc
- Diploma or degree in Hospitality/Hotel Management preferred.
- Minimum 2 years of F&B service experience, including at least 1 year in a senior waiter/waitress
- or captain role.
- Strong leadership, communication, and guest service skills.
- Good knowledge of food and beverage service procedures and standards.
- Fluent in Vietnamese and English; additional languages are an advantage.
- Proficient in POS systems and basic MS Office.
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
- Flexible to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
- Strong customer service mindset with a “Yes, I can do” spirit.
- Ability to multitask and perform effectively in a fast-paced environment.
