Mô tả công việc
- Responsible for and ensures the loading and unloading of passengers’ luggage from vehicles.
- Carefully, promptly, and punctually transports and retrieves guests’ luggage and belongings between guest rooms, vehicles, and the Front Desk.
- Ensure guests’ luggage and belongings are stored safely and in an organized manner.
- Accurately record all activities, as well as guest arrivals and departures, in the Bellman Control Log.
- Handle all guest requests and inquiries in a professional, friendly, and helpful manner, including resolving complaints and following up to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of the lobby and ground-floor areas, including the exterior surroundings.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Department Head.

• Experience in same position at hotels/resorts.
• Good communication skills; English required(basic)
• Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
• Service-oriented, responsible, and able to work under pressure.
