Front Office Manager (Male)

Mô tả công việc
- Plan, organize, and supervise daily operations of the Front Office department;
- Collaborate with the Sales department to maximize occupancy and room rates; drive walk-in sales and upselling programs;
- Personally welcome VIPs and long-stay guests; handle and resolve all guest complaints and feedback professionally;
- Monitor online reviews (OTAs), investigate issues, and implement preventive measures to enhance service quality;
- Oversee guest billing, payment procedures, and documentation; manage room key security and inventory;
- Conduct training, performance evaluations, and ensure staff compliance with grooming and standard operating procedures (SOPs);
- Prepare daily reports, room forecasts, and provide strategic updates to the General Manager;

Yêu cầu công việc
- Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, or related fields;
- At least 02 years of experience in a Front Office management role (FOM or AFOM) within the hotel industry;
- Strong customer service orientation with excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Proven leadership and people management abilities with a result-oriented mindset;
- Ability to handle high-pressure situations and resolve guest issues effectively;
- Proficiency in English (both written and spoken) is required;
- Highly proficient in MS Office and experienced in using Smile PMS.
