KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assign and monitor room reservations for staff in the department.
- Check reservations to ensure they are processed according to hotel standards and confirm all reservations are complete.
- Assist staff in arranging rooms for guests traveling in groups according to guests' requests.
- Update room price list in the booking system when there are changes.
- Regularly check the booking system to ensure there are no errors.
- Track all booking and cancellation information collected from online channels such as hotel websites, OTAs, 3rd parties...
- Ensure receipt of deposit payment when guests book: direct booking, OTA (Booking.com, Agoda, Expedia,...)
- Directly provide professional training for new employees according to hotel standards.
- Systematically store and manage customer records, ensuring accuracy.
- Perform other tasks when assigned by superiors.

Yêu cầu công việc
- Trung thực, hòa đồng, có tinh thần trách nhiệm cao trong công việc.
- Khả năng thích nghi nhanh với môi trường làm việc và chịu được áp lực cao.
- Sử dụng thành thạo phần mềm quản lý khách sạn, khả năng giao tiếp và xử lý tình huống tốt.
- Tiếng Anh giao tiếp tốt.
- Có kinh nghiệm làm việc tại khách sạn hoặc khu nghỉ dưỡng cao cấp là một lợi thế.
