Mô tả công việc
- Assist in coordinating room blocking and balancing with the Casino and other departments.
- Support the processing of Casino and special reservations as assigned.
- Assist in arranging and checking VIP amenities and room setups prior to arrival.
- Update and maintain guest folios accurately as required during shifts.
- Respond to inquiries and assist in resolving concerns in a professional manner.
- Follow safety and security procedures and report any unusual situations to the Supervisor.
- Maintain communication with Housekeeping and other departments regarding arrivals, departures, and special requests.
- Inform the Supervisor of any discrepancies or issues encountered.
- Prioritize assigned tasks and respond to emails/requests during shift hours.
- Ensure email correspondence is handled promptly while on duty.
- Carry out other duties as assigned by the management team.

Yêu cầu công việc
- Minimum one year of relevant experience in the related field.
- Vocational School Certificate required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office preferred.
- Present a well-groomed, professional appearance at all times.
- Good communication skills in the primary workplace language; good knowledge of English, reading, and writing ability.
- Organised, detail-oriented, able to multitask and good at problem-solving
