1. Position Summary

The B2B Sales Specialist will be responsible for driving revenue growth by establishing strategic partnerships with corporations and wedding-related enterprises. The primary focus is to attract corporate events (seminars, year-end parties, launching events) and manage B2B wedding referrals to ensure maximum occupancy and sales targets for The Chapel at Saigon.

2. Key Responsibilities

B2B Partnership Management: Proactively identify and establish partnerships with corporate clients, event agencies, and wedding industry stakeholders.

Corporate Event Acquisition: Source and secure bookings for corporate meetings, gala dinners, and private events through active prospecting and networking.

Consultation & Closing: Conduct professional site inspections and consultations, providing tailored proposals that meet client needs to achieve high contract closing rates.

Sales Target Achievement: Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales KPIs as set by the management team.

Revenue Strategy Support: Collaborate with the Head of Sales to implement pricing strategies and promotional packages specifically for the B2B segment.

Contracting & Documentation: Ensure all B2B contracts and agreements are accurately prepared, signed, and filed in accordance with company policy.

Market Intelligence: Monitor industry trends and competitor activities within the Ho Chi Minh City luxury event market to maintain a competitive edge.

Yêu cầu công việc

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Marketing, or a related field.

Experience: Minimum 2–3 years of proven experience in B2B sales, preferably within the 4/5-star hotel industry or premium event venues.

Skills: * Excellent negotiation and persuasive communication skills.

Strong networking capabilities within the HCMC corporate sector.

Proficiency in English and Vietnamese (both written and verbal).

Ability to work under pressure and meet tight sales deadlines.

Attributes: Results-oriented, proactive mindset, and a deep commitment to the UMOMENT standard of excellence.
