Reservation & Customer Inquiry Management: Handle all incoming inquiries (phone, email, social media, and walk-ins) for weddings and the daily buffet with a professional and welcoming attitude.
Wedding Consultation & Sales: Conduct detailed wedding consultations, present venue features, and manage the end-to-end sales process, including contract issuance, amendments, and cancellations.
Contract Administration: Ensure all booking data and contracts are accurately recorded in the system and maintained according to company policy.
Administrative Support: Perform general administrative tasks to support the Sales & Reservation department, including report preparation and coordination with the Event Operation/Culinary.

Yêu cầu công việc
Language: Proficiency in Vietnamese (Native) and English (Communicative). Knowledge of Korean is a strong plus.
Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word).
Industry Experience: Proven track record in a Wedding industry, Convention Center.
Availability: Candidates who can commence work immediately will be given high priority.
Mindset: Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
