Human Resources Manager (HRM)

We are looking for a Human Resources Manager who understands that exceptional guest experiences begin with an exceptional team culture.Reporting directly to the General Manager, you will lead the HR function to attract, develop, and retain the best talent in the industry.

• A Legal Expert: You have a deep, current knowledge of Vietnamese Labor Law and the Social Insurance Law.
• A Clear Communicator: Fluent in both English and Vietnamese, with the ability to draft formal reports and connect with staff at all levels.
• Experience: You bring a background in luxury hospitality or similar working environment.
