JOB DESCRIPTION – SOUS CHEF (ITALIAN & EUROPEAN CUISINE)

Location: Olio & Terra – HCMC (Thao Dien)

Position Overview

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Sous Chef with a strong background in Italian and European cuisine to support our kitchen operations. This role is key in maintaining high culinary standards, leading the team, and delivering an exceptional dining experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the Head Chef in overseeing daily kitchen operations
  • Ensure consistency, quality, and presentation of all dishes
  • Supervise and train kitchen staff to maintain performance standards
  • Support menu development with a focus on Italian and European cuisine
  • Monitor food preparation, portioning, and plating techniques
  • Manage inventory, food costs, and supplier coordination
  • Ensure compliance with hygiene, health, and safety regulations
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient kitchen environment
