JOB DESCRIPTION – COMMIS (ITALIAN & EUROPEAN CUISINE)

Location: Olio & Terra – HCMC (Thao Dien)

OLIO & TERRA IS HIRING – COMMIS CHEF

We are looking for a motivated and passionate Commis Chef to join our kitchen team. This role is ideal for candidates who are eager to learn, develop their culinary skills, and build a career in Italian and European cuisine under the guidance of experienced chefs.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in food preparation and basic cooking tasks
Support Chef de Partie during service
Prepare mise en place and follow recipes
Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards

*Requirements:

1–3 years of experience in a similar role
Strong knowledge of Italian cuisine (pasta, sauces, fundamentals)
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
Attention to detail and passion for cooking
