Front Office Manager

Manage the operations of the Front Office Department by ensuring product quality standards are met and that optimum service is provided to all hotel guests according to the hotel’s and InterContinental Hotels Group business objectives. To perform the human resource function in ensuring staff selection, training, counselling and recognition programs are adhered to in order to maximize performance standards and to adhere to guest service standards in order to maximize guest satisfaction.

Guest Experience

• Deliver personalized luxury service and ensure seamless Front of House operations
• Handle guest feedback and service recovery to maintain high satisfaction scores
• Build strong relationships with VIPs and IHG Rewards members

Financial Performance

• Support budgeting, control costs, and optimize revenue and efficiency
• Manage team rosters aligned with business levels

People & Leadership

• Lead, coach, and develop the team to deliver exceptional service
• Foster teamwork and strong cross-department collaboration

Qualifications & Experience

• Degree or Diploma in Hospitality Management or related field
• Minimum 4 years of hotel experience, with supervisory exposure preferred
