Mô tả công việc
- Maintain the current key accounts and develop the hotel business with the new account
- Directly involve with the daily sales call, telesales activities to the corporate and travel agent market segment
- Proactive in negotiating with the clients in term of condition, price of the contract within limitation assigned by the management board
- Handle guest’s complaint that cannot be done by other staffs
- Proactive in daily briefing within sales department
- Achieve sales target assigned by the board of management
- Report daily, weekly, monthly to the board of directors, and the client of the company
- Maintain and develop the relationship between the clients and the company
- Provide suggestion to optimize the profitability for the company

Yêu cầu công việc
- Fluent communication in Vietnamese and in English (compulsory)
- Minimum 1 years of experience as the Sales Manager or equivalent
- Excellent leadership skill - Capacity to communicate with the client at the executive management level
- Good problem-solving skill
- Positive and proactive attitude while working in group or independently
- Always work on deadline
