Engineering Manager

1. Oversee the operation of all relevant technical systems and regular inspection of plants and other technical operation. Analyze daily logbook and give instructions to Engineering staff / Giám sát hoạt động của tất cả các hệ thống kỹ thuật và kiểm tra thường xuyên các phòng máy có liên quan và các hoạt động kỹ thuật khác. Kiểm tra sổ trưc hằng ngày và chỉ thị cho nhân viên thực hiện

2. Ensure the preventive maintenance programmed being implemented according to the schedule / Đảm bảo lịch bảo dưỡng định kỳ được thực hiện theo kế hoạch

3. Recommend for any adjustment/modification regarding the system to achieve improvement / Đề xuất điều chỉnh hệ thống để khắc phục và hoàn thiện

4. Work out the systematic maintenance plan / Đề ra các kế hoạch bảo trì hệ thống

5. Oversee immediate rectification of technical malfunction and repair requirements / Giám sát điều chỉnh và sửa chữa ngay các sự cố

6. Provide directions to resolve technical problems referred / Hướng dẫn và giải quyết các vấn đề kỹ thuật

7. To offer all assistance possible to guests / Hổ trợ khách khi có thể

8. To prevent possible technical failures, to avoid interruption of building operation, to ensure Department’s overall efficiency / Ngừa trước các thiếu sót về kỹ thuật, ngăn ngừa hoạt động tòa nhà bị đình trệ, đảm bảo bộ phận hoạt động có hiệu quả

9. Oversee training to Engineering staff and other departments / Đào tạo huấn luyện nhân viên kỹ thuật và các bộ phận khác

10. To ensure the safety of Tenants and staff / Đảm bảo an toàn cho khách cư ngụ và nhân viên

11. Ensure discipline, rules & regulations, policies & procedures of Engineering department being followed / Đảm bảo kỷ luật, nội quy, quy định của bộ phận kỹ thuật được thực hiện đúng

12. Spearhead the energy conservation program / Đi đầu việc thực hiện tiết kiệm năng lượng

13. Follow up any additional requests from residents / Theo dõi các yêu cầu của khách

14. Work out budgets of Engineering department / Đề ra kế hoạch ngân sách của bộ phận kỹ thuật

15. Perform as “Manager on Duty” when assigned / Thực hiện chế độ trực ban khi được giao

16. Perform other duties as assigned by the Management / Thực hiện các nhiệm vụ khác do Ban Quản lý giao phó
