Mô tả công việc

Welcome and assist guests with their requests during their stay.
Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and provide excellent customer care before, during, and after service usage.
Coordinate with related departments to ensure the best guest experience.
Maintain a professional, friendly, and service-oriented attitude at all times.

Yêu cầu công việc

Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Positive attitude with strong customer service mindset.
Basic English communication skills or above.
Previous experience in hospitality, resort, or customer service is an advantage.
