Outlet Manager - Park Lounge

As an Outlet Manager – Park Lounge, you will be responsible for leading the daily operations of the lounge, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, and upholding Park Hyatt’s service standards. You will oversee service quality, team performance, and operational efficiency while creating a refined, welcoming atmosphere that reflects the elegance and sophistication of Park Lounge.

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, or a related field, with 3–5 years of experience in food & beverage operations, preferably within luxury hotels or high end restaurants/lounges.
• Strong hands on knowledge of lounge operations, service standards, guest experience management, and daily outlet performance control.
• Proven experience in leading, training, and motivating service teams, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced environment.
• Solid understanding of menu knowledge, beverage offerings, service sequences, and quality control to ensure brand and Hyatt standards are consistently delivered.
• Great English communication skills (verbal and written) with the ability to interact confidently with guests, colleagues, and management.
• Proactive, well organized, guest focused, and able to perform effectively in a luxury hospitality environment.
