Senior Marketing Executive_HCMC

1. Campaign Execution (Core Responsibility)

• Own the execution of all marketing campaigns across taprooms, ensuring on-time and high-quality rollout
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure campaigns are implemented correctly across all locations
• Track execution progress and proactively identify and resolve issues

2. Supplier & Production Management

• Coordinate with suppliers for production of POSM, materials, and campaign assets
• Manage timelines, costs, and quality of deliverables
• Monitor supplier performance and ensure alignment with campaign requirements

3. Digital Platform Management

• Manage and update key digital platforms (Website, Google Business, TripAdvisor)
• Ensure all content (menu, visuals, promotions, store information) is accurate and up to date
• Monitor customer reviews and feedback, flagging insights to the team
• Coordinate with relevant team members to improve visibility and engagement

4. Promotion Monitoring & Reporting

• Monitor campaign execution across all locations to ensure consistency and quality
• Prepare weekly reports on:
• Execution status
• Key issues and gaps
• Campaign performance (where applicable)
• Track marketing-related costs and ensure alignment with budget

5. Coordination & Cross-functional Alignment

• Act as the central coordination point between Marketing, Operations, and other stakeholders
• Ensure clear communication and alignment on campaign timelines and deliverables
• Follow up on action items and ensure deadlines are met

6. Event & Activation Support

• Support planning and execution of events and activations as assigned
• Coordinate logistics to ensure smooth execution

• 13th Month Salary: based on the accumulated salary in the employment year divided by actual working months,
• Transportation and Travelling Fees: In accordance with the policy of the Company,
• Insurances: Compulsory Social Insurance, Health Insurance and Unemployment
• Insurance are in accordance with the applicable law of Vietnam. Besides, you will be covered by the Health Care Insurance paid by the Company,
• Public Holidays: You will be entitled to 11 days of Public Holidays fully paid in accordance with the Labor Law of Vietnam,
• Annual Leave: You will be entitled to 12 days of Annual Leave during one full year of employment

• 3–5 years experience in Marketing, Trade Marketing, or similar roles (F&B / Retail is a plus)
• Strong coordination and project management skills
• Detail-oriented with strong execution mindset
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure
