E-commerce Assistant Manager

Mô tả công việc
- Support the development and implementation of the hotel’s e-commerce and digital marketing strategies.
- Manage and optimize online distribution channels including OTAs, brand website, booking engine, GDS, and third-party platforms.
- Monitor hotel website performance, content accuracy, promotions, and booking conversion.
- Coordinate with Marketing, Revenue, and Sales teams to maximize online revenue opportunities.
- Manage OTA extranets, room inventory, rate parity, promotions, and online visibility.
- Analyze online sales performance, traffic trends, booking pace, and competitor activities.
- Prepare regular e-commerce, website, and digital performance reports with actionable recommendations.
- Support the execution of digital marketing campaigns including SEO, SEM, display advertising, email marketing, and social media promotions.
- Ensure all digital content aligns with brand standards and maintains a luxury positioning.
- Monitor guest reviews and online reputation across all major platforms and coordinate timely responses when required.
- Work closely with external agencies, photographers, designers, and media partners for digital campaigns and content updates.
- Assist in developing online packages, promotions, and seasonal campaigns to drive room and F&B revenue.
- Maintain strong knowledge of market trends, digital innovations, and hospitality e-commerce best practices.
- Ensure compliance with hotel policies, brand standards, and data privacy regulations.
- Perform other duties assigned by Hotel Management.

Yêu cầu công việc
- Bachelor’s or Associate Degree in a related field.
- Minimum 2–4 years of experience in E-Commerce, Digital Marketing, or Revenue-related roles within international hotels or hospitality industry.
- Experience in luxury or 5-star hotel environment preferred.
- Strong understanding of hotel distribution channels and online travel ecosystem.
- Knowledge of OTA extranets, CRS, CMS, channel manager, and booking engines.
- Familiarity with Google Analytics, SEO, SEM, Meta Ads, and digital reporting tools.
- Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Good command of written and spoken English.
- Creative mindset with strong attention to detail and commercial awareness.
