F&B Sales Manager

Overview:

The F&B Sales Manager is responsible for driving Food & Beverage revenue through strategic sales initiatives, relationship management, event coordination, and business development activities. The role focuses on maximizing restaurant, lounge, banquet, catering, and special event revenue while enhancing guest satisfaction and brand positioning in accordance with hotel standards.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement sales strategies to maximize Food & Beverage revenue across restaurants, lounges, bars, banquets, and catering services.
• Identify new business opportunities and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, event organizers, travel partners, and local communities.
• Promote F&B outlets, seasonal campaigns, special events, and dining promotions to increase guest traffic and revenue.
• Conduct sales calls, client meetings, site inspections, and networking activities to generate business opportunities.
• Coordinate with Culinary, Marketing, and Operations teams to ensure successful execution of events and promotions.
• Prepare customized proposals, contracts, and banquet event orders according to client requirements.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and guest preferences to recommend sales and marketing initiatives.
• Achieve monthly and annual revenue targets while maintaining profitability objectives.
• Maintain accurate sales records, reports, forecasts, and client databases.
• Ensure excellent customer service and handle guest feedback professionally and efficiently.
• Assist in developing partnerships, sponsorships, and collaboration opportunities to strengthen brand visibility.
• Support digital and social media campaigns related to F&B promotions and events.
• Ensure compliance with hotel policies, brand standards, and operational procedures.
• Perform any other duties assigned by Hotel Management.

• Bachelor’s or Associate Degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Sales or Food & Beverage operations within hotels, restaurants, or hospitality industry.
• Experience in luxury or 5-star hotel environment preferred.
• Strong understanding of restaurant, banquet, catering, and event sales operations.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Strong sales-driven mindset with proven ability to achieve revenue targets.
• Good organizational, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects effectively.
• Good command of spoken and written English.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and hotel sales systems.
• Well-groomed, customer-oriented, and proactive personality.
