Graphic Designer

Overview:

The Graphic Designer is responsible for creating and executing creative designs, visual content, and branding materials that support the hotel’s marketing, communications, and promotional activities. The role also supports photography and videography production for Food & Beverage promotions, hotel events, and digital marketing campaigns while ensuring all materials align with hotel brand standards.

Responsibilities:

• Design and produce all in-house marketing collateral including promotional posters, banners, flyers, brochures, menus, digital screens, and social media creatives.
• Execute creative projects based on briefs provided by the Marketing Manager and related departments.
• Develop creative concepts, layouts, and visual executions for hotel campaigns, F&B promotions, seasonal events, and special projects.
• Support photography and videography production for food & beverage outlets, hotel facilities, guest activities, and events.
• Edit photos and videos for digital marketing campaigns, social media platforms, hotel website, and promotional materials.
• Coordinate with suppliers and printing vendors regarding production specifications, quotations, and quality control.
• Ensure all creative materials comply with hotel and brand identity standards.
• Maintain and organize hotel artwork files, brand assets, and marketing collateral archives.
• Assist in proofreading advertising materials, promotional content, and press releases when required.
• Conduct regular audits of marketing materials and ensure updated collateral is displayed appropriately.
• Support branding initiatives, merchandise development, and hotel visual presentation standards.
• Work closely with Marketing, F&B, Sales, and other departments to support business and promotional needs.
• Stay updated on current design trends, photography styles, social media content trends, and digital marketing innovations.
• Ensure proper care and maintenance of photography, videography, and design equipment.
• Maintain confidentiality of hotel business information and marketing plans.
• Participate actively in hotel safety and fire life safety programs.
• Perform any other duties assigned by Hotel Management.

• Diploma, Associate Degree, or Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia, or related fields.
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in Graphic Design, preferably in hospitality, F&B, lifestyle, or luxury brands.
• Experience in food photography, event photography, videography, and content creation is highly preferred.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite including Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, or equivalent design software.
• Good understanding of branding, visual storytelling, digital content, and social media trends.
• Familiar with photography equipment, lighting setup, and video editing techniques.
• Good organizational, communication, and time management skills.
• Creative mindset with strong attention to detail and aesthetics.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
• Good command of written and spoken English is an advantage.
