Mô tả công việc
- Run daily shift operations, conduct pre-shift briefings, and assign tasks to Lounge Attendants based on daily VIP arrival lists and occupancy.
- Actively supervise and assist with private check-in, check-out, and customized concierge requests, ensuring all procedures are smooth and confidential.
- Maintain a strong floor presence, engaging with guests, gathering preferences to update guest history profiles, and handling immediate service recovery for any on-site feedback.
- Oversee the setup, presentation, and replenishment of all food and beverage sessions (breakfast, afternoon tea, and evening happy hour), ensuring luxury aesthetic standards.
- Inspect food temperatures, buffet cleanliness, and pantry hygiene regularly, ensuring full compliance with HACCP and hotel sanitation regulations.
- Ensure tables are cleared promptly, and operating equipment (chinaware, glassware, silverware) is handled with care and kept spotless.
- Coach and mentor Lounge Attendants on upscale grooming, luxury communication etiquettes, wine/beverage service techniques, and Property Management System (PMS) operations.
- Monitor staff compliance with hotel policies and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), providing feedback to the Assistant Manager for performance reviews.

Yêu cầu công việc
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred.
- Minimum 1-2 years of supervisory experience in Executive Lounge / Club Lounge in a 5-star international hotel.
- Ability to resolve guest complaints with professionalism and efficiency.
- Good communication in English (both spoken and written); knowledge of an additional foreign language is an advantage.
- Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.
