Mô tả công việc

- Manage and supervise all laundry operations for guest, staff, and hotel linen.

- Maintain the smooth and efficient running of the department according to Hyatt’s brand and operational standards.

- Ensure proper use, maintenance, and inventory control of laundry equipment, supplies, and chemicals.

- Monitor productivity, cost control, and overall laundry quality to meet both financial and guest satisfaction goals.

- Conduct daily briefings, manage scheduling, and coordinate with Housekeeping and other departments.

- Handle guest requests and complaints professionally, ensuring timely resolution.

- Implement training, performance reviews, and career development for laundry team members.

- Support sustainability and innovation by adopting new technology and efficient work processes.

- Ensure hygiene, safety, and security standards are strictly followed.

Yêu cầu công việc

- High school diploma or higher; professional training or certification in laundry operations is an advantage.

- At least 1–2 years of experience in a supervisory or managerial role in laundry services.

- Strong leadership and team management skills; ability to train and motivate staff.

- Good communication and problem-solving skills.

- In-depth knowledge of laundry processes, fabrics, chemicals, and operation of industrial laundry equipment.

- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks efficiently.

- Detail-oriented, responsible, and committed to service quality.

- Basic computer skills (MS Office, email) for reporting and communication.
