Mô tả công việc
- Oversee the overall financial operations and accounting functions of the hotel.
- Lead the Finance Department during the pre-opening phase, including system setup, policy implementation, and team structuring.
- Establish financial procedures, internal controls, and accounting frameworks in compliance with hotel standards and local regulations.
- Coordinate the setup of accounting systems, payroll systems, banking facilities, and procurement controls before hotel opening.
- Prepare and manage the hotel’s pre-opening budget, operating budget, and financial forecasts.
- Review and certify all internal and external financial reports to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Ensure timely preparation of monthly financial statements, reconciliations, and management reports.
- Manage Accounts Receivable, credit control, cash flow, and treasury functions to safeguard hotel assets.
- Supervise cost control, inventory management, purchasing, and pre-opening asset tracking processes.
- Ensure payroll accuracy and full compliance with tax, legal, licensing, and statutory requirements.
- Liaise with hotel owners, auditors, consultants, local authorities, suppliers, and regional office on all finance-related matters.
- Recruit, train, and develop the Finance team to support a successful hotel opening and ongoing operations.

Yêu cầu công việc
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
- Minimum 5–8 years in hospitality finance leadership.
- Strong pre-opening hotel experience is highly preferred.
- Good knowledge of VAS, taxation, budgeting, and cost control.
- Experience with SUN System, Opera, POS, and hotel finance systems.
- Strong leadership, analytical thinking, and English communication skills.
