Mô tả công việc
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets for rooms, F&B, events, and other hotel services.
- Identify, develop, and maintain relationships with corporate clients, travel agencies, OTA partners, tour operators, and group business accounts.
- Proactively seek new business opportunities and expand market segments for domestic and international customers.
- Conduct sales calls, client meetings, hotel site inspections, and contract negotiations.
- Coordinate with related departments to create promotional packages, sales campaigns, and pricing strategies.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer demands to propose effective business solutions.
- Maintain excellent customer relationships before, during, and after service delivery to enhance guest satisfaction and repeat business.
- Prepare regular sales reports, revenue forecasts, and business development plans.
- Work closely with the Marketing team to promote brand awareness and increase sales performance.
- Lead, train, and support the Sales team when required.

Yêu cầu công việc
- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Hospitality Management, Tourism, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a similar position within hotels, resorts, or the hospitality industry.
- Strong understanding of hospitality sales, corporate business, TA channels.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Strong organizational, planning, and problem-solving abilities.
- Good command of English communication skills.
