Personal Assistant to Director

La Veranda Resort Phu Quoc – MGallery, a proud member of the Accor group, is seeking a highly organized, professional, and service-oriented Personal Assistant to support the Director in daily operations and administrative coordination.

This role is ideal for someone who is proactive, detail-oriented, and passionate about hospitality and luxury service. As a Personal Assistant to Director, you will play an important role in ensuring smooth communication, effective scheduling, and seamless coordination across departments.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage schedules, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements for the Director.

• Prepare reports, presentations, meeting minutes, and correspondence.

• Coordinate communication between departments and external partners.

• Handle confidential documents and sensitive information with professionalism and discretion.

• Support in organizing internal meetings, events, and administrative tasks.

• Follow up on operational matters and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.

• Assist with translation and communication in English when required.

• Maintain organized filing systems and administrative records.

Yêu cầu công việc

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, or related field.
  • Previous experience: 3- 5 years as Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or Administrative role is preferred.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Good command of English (spoken and written).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Professional appearance, positive attitude, and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask, work independently, and maintain confidentiality.
