Mô tả công việc
- Manage and oversee daily In-Room Dining operations to ensure smooth service flow.
- Coordinate food and beverage orders, answer guest calls professionally, and support efficient service delivery.
- Supervise team members to ensure tasks are completed on time and according to hotel standards.
- Handle guest complaints effectively and provide prompt service recovery when required.
- Monitor food & beverage quality, hygiene, cleanliness, and stock levels to maintain operational standards.
- Maintain operational records, guest preference databases, and equipment cleaning/maintenance schedules.
- Lead, motivate, train, and develop team members to enhance performance and professionalism.
- Support recruitment, performance evaluations, staff scheduling, payroll, and departmental meetings.
- Ensure all employees comply with grooming, hygiene, safety, and hotel policies at all times.
- Maintain strong knowledge of hotel services, attend required trainings/briefings, and perform additional duties assigned by management.

Yêu cầu công việc
• Additional certification(s) in Food & Beverage will be an advantage
• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in a similar capacity
• Good reading, writing and oral proficiency in English language
• Ability to speak other languages and basic understanding of local languages will be an advantage
• Working knowledge of MS Excel, Word, & PowerPoint
