Mô tả công việc

• Open the hotel door, see off guests, welcome guests politely and professionally

• Guide guests to check in, take guests to villas, transfer luggage, guide guests to use equipment in the room

• • Introduce resort services to guests

• Transfer luggage when guests change rooms or check out

• Pick-up, drop- off guests in the resort

• Receive, store and return luggage to guests quickly, promptly and safely

• Storing, cleaning and sanitizing electric vehicles

• Perform other tasks as assigned by superiors
