People
Manage day-to-day sales activities and ensure effective deployment of resources within the leisure segment
Develop and coach the sales team through regular feedback and performance development plans
Support a collaborative working environment across Commercial and Operations teams
Recommend and initiate HR-related actions when required
Build a strong “One Team” culture across departments to deliver commercial success
Financial
Achieve budgeted revenue goals and maximize hotel profitability through strategic leisure sales activities
Develop and execute sales plans focused on DMCs, wholesalers, luxury travel partners, and local LNR accounts
Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and business updates for senior management
Participate in the preparation of the annual sales budget, hotel marketing plan, and commercial strategy
Identify market trends and opportunities to grow market share and drive incremental revenue
Collaborate closely with Marketing and Revenue teams on integrated campaigns and positioning strategies
Guest Experience
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key leisure clients, DMCs, travel agencies, and business partners
Position the hotel within the luxury and lifestyle leisure market locally and internationally
Support the delivery of exceptional guest experiences by aligning client expectations with hotel operations
Coordinate with hotel departments to ensure smooth execution of group, leisure, and VIP arrangements
Act as a brand ambassador for Vignette Collection and represent the hotel at industry events and networking opportunities

Yêu cầu công việc
Strong luxury or lifestyle hospitality sales background
Existing relationships with DMCs and leisure partners in Vietnam and regional markets
Strong understanding of leisure segment strategy and luxury guest expectations
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
Pre-opening experience is an advantage
