Mô tả công việc
- Oversee and manage all hotel purchasing operations to ensure timely procurement of goods and services for daily operations and pre-opening activities.
- Source, negotiate, and maintain relationships with suppliers and contractors to achieve the best quality, pricing, and service standards.
- Coordinate procurement of FF&E and OS&E items according to pre-opening timelines, budgets, and project requirements.
- Ensure all purchasing activities comply with hotel policies, approval matrix, brand standards, and local regulations.
- Work closely with department heads to understand operational needs and support smooth hotel operations.
- Monitor market prices, conduct cost comparisons, and implement cost-saving initiatives without compromising quality.
- Supervise receiving, inventory coordination, and stock control processes to maintain proper stock levels and minimize wastage.
- Prepare and maintain procurement reports, purchase records, supplier contracts, and audit documentation accurately.
- Support hotel pre-opening setup including supplier onboarding, tender processes, operational supplies planning, and critical equipment procurement.
- Lead, train, and develop the purchasing team to ensure efficient workflow, accountability, and service-oriented support to all departments.

Yêu cầu công việc
- Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain, Procurement, Business Administration, Finance, Hospitality Management, or related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Purchasing or Procurement within hospitality industry.
- At least 3-5 years in a managerial or supervisory role preferred.
- Pre-opening hotel experience is an advantage.
- Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
- Good understanding of procurement procedures and inventory control.
- Strong analytical and cost management capability.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and purchasing/inventory systems.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- High integrity and attention to detail.
