Collects and delivery clean linen from laundry to service areas
Removes rubbish from guest rooms to compactor area
Sweeps and clean housekeeping offices and store rooms
Makes up roll-away beds and delivers to guest rooms
Makes up cots for guests and delivers to rooms
Removes and re-hangs curtains for cleaning
Helps Room Attendants with cleaning programs
Assists in public areas with cleaning programs
Assist with turn down
Move and arranges furniture as required
Turns mattresses
Cleans hall ways and restrooms
Washes walls and ceilings
Cleans rugs, carpets, upholstered furniture, using vacuum cleanings, brooms, shampoo machines
Dusts and polishes metal surfaces
Sweeps, mops, scrubs, waxes and polishes floors using industrial scrubbing machines
Maintain a thorough knowledge of guest room numbers and hotel layout
Maintain a thorough knowledge of bathroom amenities for all room categories
Maintain a thorough knowledge of other special amenities for VIP Guests, Priority Club Guests and repeat guests
Respond to supervisors directions and collect and place items in guest rooms in a professional, efficient manner
Return items to guest rooms in a professional, timely manner, adhering to room entry procedures
Is multi-skilled as a Room Attendant as well as other areas of Housekeeping
Attends all staff training meetings as when directed by the superiors
Reports any health or safety hazards or any complaint or potential complaint to the Manager immediately
Maintain good relations with interfacing departments, particularly Room Service, Laundry and Front Office
Be responsible in keeping our property safe and secure, to participate in any hotel activity related to Fire Life safety.
Perform any other duties which may be assigned by the management from time to time.

Yêu cầu công việc
• Communication skills are utilized a significant amount of time when interacting with others; demonstrated ability to interact with customers, employees and third parties that reflects highly on the hotel, the brand and the Company.
• Able to speak, read and write English
Qualifications –
• Primary Education or equivalent
Experience –
• Some housekeeping experience.
