Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Manager – Leisure (FIT & GIT) to drive leisure and travel trade business for the hotel. The role is responsible for maximizing room revenue, expanding key accounts, and strengthening partnerships with travel agencies, tour operators, wholesalers, and corporate partners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, manage, and grow FIT & GIT accounts to achieve revenue and market share targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with travel agents, tour operators, and key partners.
- Proactively identify and develop new business opportunities in both domestic and international markets.
- Conduct regular sales calls, client meetings, hotel site inspections, and entertainment activities.
- Negotiate contracts, rates, allotments, and promotional agreements in line with hotel strategy.
- Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and demand patterns to optimize pricing and sales strategies.
- Prepare accurate sales reports, forecasts, and account production analysis.
- Collaborate closely with Revenue Management, Reservations, Front Office, and Operations to ensure seamless guest experience and revenue optimization.
- Represent the hotel in trade shows, roadshows, familiarization trips, and industry networking events.
- Ensure all sales activities are aligned with brand standards and business objectives

Yêu cầu công việc
- Bachelor or Associate Degree in a related field.
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in hotel sales, preferably in FIT & GIT segment.
- Experience in 4–5 star international or luxury hotels is highly preferred.
- Strong network within travel agencies, tour operators, and hospitality partners is an advantage.
- Proven ability to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Strong command of English, both written and spoken.
- Proficient in hotel systems (PMS/Channel Manager/CRM is a plus)
